During the Course, while the Sponsor curates and mentors the science, Xler8tr and its strategic partners concentrate on putting into place the low overhead business infrastructure (including a data room), necessary for any project seeking any form of financial support. An important part of the Course is introducing the business concepts that the Prospects will need to understand, and managing their expectations.
By focusing on the 'business wrap' the Xler8tr model remains both flexible and scalable, able to manage up to 30 projects per Course.
For mentors to add value, the right type of guidance needs to be available at the right time and the leading domain experts have a minimum yield requirement that is unlikely to be fulfilled at this early stage of development. Access to the expertise, guidance and contacts available only from leading advisory businesses, is not normally accessible by projects this early in their development, and it is this type and quality of mentorship which can add the most value.
